Great location next to Iguana Park and Malecon boardwalk, friendly staff, comfortable room with many TV channels, 1 pm check-out time, comfortable bed and efficient wifi.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rizzo! The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from the captivating Iguana Park and the Malecon boardwalk. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and a wide range of TV channels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the 1 pm check-out time. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Guayaquil.

The hotel had good location and was close to the boardwalk and businesses. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. It was nice to have many TV channels and a 1 pm checkout time. the bathroom smelled terribly and the shower was missing a head, resulting in one strong stream.
The front desk staff had disagreements regarding VAT tax and were not helpful.

Spent my new year in a hotel which was impressively located in the city center and had friendly staff. The comfortable bed and efficient Wi-Fi service were amazing plus the great shower – which had many lines – enhanced my experience. The hotel was silent although it is situated in the busy city center.
The hotel needed more cleaning attention as there were some spider nets across the furniture, hair on the toilet, dusty items, and dirty floor. There were no windows to be opened for fresh air, plus the TV didn't work.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was in the heart of the city center and close to many important attractions such as the Iguaña Park and the Malecon Boardwalk. The hotel facilities were spotless, including the room which was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service during our stay.
It was all superb.

The location was convenient as it was close to the malecon and other businesses. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the shower was great. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and appreciated the fact that the wifi worked fine with many lines available.
The cleanliness of the room. the TV didn't work and the floor was dirty.
